Terms of Service
Last updated June 24, 2026
In short: dino.markets gives you data through an API. Use it within your plan, keep your keys secret, and remember that we are a data provider and not a broker or an adviser. The full terms are below.
Accepting these terms
dino.markets is operated by Nusantara Venture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms. If you are using dino.markets for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 18 and allowed to use prediction-market data and the underlying venues where you live.
What the service is
dino.markets publishes matched prices, a real-time feed, and computed signals for sports prediction markets on Kalshi and Polymarket. It is data only. We do not place trades, hold funds, or give financial, investment, or legal advice. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
You sign in through GitHub or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure and for everything that happens under your dino.markets account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access.
API keys
We show each API key once, when it is created. Keep your keys secret and never put them in client-side code or a public repository. You are responsible for all use and all charges that occur under your keys. You can revoke a key at any time from the dashboard, and we may revoke a key if we believe it has been exposed or misused.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Exceed your plan’s rate limits or connection cap, or work around them.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data beyond what your plan allows.
- Share one account or key across separate businesses to avoid paying for a plan.
- Reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
- Use the service to break the law or the rules of Kalshi or Polymarket.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan prices and what each includes are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose. If you change plans, Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account moves to Free. We do not give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that apply to you.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features as the service grows. At launch we run in a single region and offer no contractual uptime guarantee, as described in the Disclaimer and on the pricing page. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
The data is provided as is
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service and the data are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your trading decisions and their results are yours alone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, dino.markets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your use of the service, your trading, or your breach of these terms or of any law or venue rule.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put the service or other users at risk, or use it unlawfully. When access ends, your right to use the API and the data stops, and the sections that should survive, such as liability and governing law, remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the mandatory law of your home country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We will update these terms when needed and move the date at the top. If a change is significant we will give notice in the product or by email. Questions go to support@dino.markets. See also our Privacy policy.
